Robertet has announced the acquisition of a majority stake of Astier Demarest, a family business founded in 1880 in Grasse specialized in the sourcing and distribution of raw materials for perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy, and food favoring sectors.
The investment reaffirms Robertet’s determination to remain the world leader in aromatic ingredients and strengthens its competitive edge in sustainable sourcing of natural products with a reinforced presence. François and Bruno will remain leaders of Astier Demarest with the support of Robertet to develop sustainably sourced ingredients and enlarge their distribution with Robert’s range of natural and organic products.
